It was my first visit to Euro Specialists and it was GREAT! They were able to get me scheduled quickly... They did a complete inspection on my vehicle for no charge!!! Mercedes would have charged me $160 just to say Hello! ... They gave me the best price for service and is willing to work with my warranty so I can bring the business to them vs Mercedes Dealership. Great experience !

One of the few trusted independent European Indy shops in Orlando, would be nice another location in Central Orlando or East, but the staff is very professional and courteous. They took care of Beamer and knew exactly what i needed, however i think they could lower there prices a bit as amount payed was close to BMW fields quote received for the work needed. Overall, i really liked this organized business and will continue to do business here.

Jim and the staff at Euro Specialists are consummate professionals when it comes to their craft and service offering. I have been to many shops in Orlando and the surrounding areas (general shops, European specific, and dealers) and this is one of the few that I actually trust 100%. I've taken my BMW here for a variety of services including maintenance and major repairs over the years and every single time it has been a positive experience, where the problem is actually fixed and my car and I are treated respectfully. These guys are truly skilled mechanics and I feel safe on the road knowing that they've worked on my vehicle.

I've taken my MINI to Euro Specialists since I purchased the car and have always been greeted by name and properly taken care of while the MINI is serviced and cleaned to perfection. Recently, I had to replace the clutch and transmission in my MINI. This difficult job was completed on time and on budget. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the new transmission causing problems while shifting. Initially, this problem was difficult to diagnose as it happened intermittently making it hard to duplicate. Each time I brought the MINI to Euro Specialists, they offered to attempt to duplicate the issues and provide a rental car to me for use during the time they had my MINI. All of this, labor and rental car, was covered each time by Euro Specialists as I know they wanted the problem fixed just as I did. Finally, it was determined the new transmission was faulty and needed to be replaced. During this time, I was again provided a rental car at no cost to me. Now that the MINI has a new transmission, everything is running smoothly and properly. While this experience was frustrating because of the time involved, Euro Specialists did everything in their power to make the experience as painless as possible by welcoming me each time I came in and providing new parts and rental cars at no cost to me. Jim, Brandon, Chris and the rest of the team at Euro Specialists are true class acts doing everything in their power to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied with the repairs to their vehicle. It's comforting to know that when I take my MINI in for service, the guys will not only do their best to get every issue resolved as quickly as possible, but also treat the car like it's one of their own. I would recommend Euro Specialists to anyone and everyone.
