They have been taking care of several of our vehicles for many years. I have watched them grow from just Jim & Sue with a small shop in Winter Park, years ago, to their large shop with several employees in Longwood . Jim Jr, their son, is the Service Manager now and follows in their foot steps of caring about customers and their vehicles. It has always impressed me that they have never forgotten about customer services as they have grown. A few years ago, they hired a young man that cleans the inside and outside of vehicles before they are returned to the customer. What a nice and thoughtful touch for the customer. He also does an amazing job of cleaning the cars. As a matter of fact, it's way better than most car wash places I take the cars. Their shop is so impressive and their technicians are extremely good. The physical shop is so first class and unbelievably clean. The lobby is comfortable and also has many amenities for the customer including WI-FI. I especially like the WI-FI and working area as sometimes wait on my vehicle and can get some work of my own done. They have always been friendly and respectful to me and every customer I have seen walk thru the door. It is nice to walk into a business that not only knows me, about also has all the history on my vehicles. They take the time to explain the services my vehicles need, but never pressure me to complete them. I have always appreciated that they have taken me into the working area to visually see what they are explaining and meet the technician working on my vehicle. Personally, I have always found that a business that has the same employees year after year, must be doing things the right way. Over the years I have referred many people to them and will continue to do so. Every time I refer someone, I receive a thank you note advising me that I have a complimentary oil change for the referral. They have never missed acknowledging every referral sent to them. I don’t send them new customers for the free oil change, but because I know they will be taken care of as well as I have been. It is sure nice that some small businesses providing great customer service are still out there. Many thanks to the crew.

EURO Specialists has my business for life! The Owners and staff are professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I thoroughly trust the maintenance and required repairs completed on my vehicles. 100% Customer satisfaction is thier goal and they always deliver! This is the only place I take my BMW. Jim, Sue and the whole crew know how to take care of cars AND people. I have recommended them to several friends, who now take their cars, an Audi and a Mercedes to Euro Specialists now. I can't say enough good stuff about them and their professional, clean work. UPDATE: I wrote this review 2 years ago. I wanted to go back and update my review to let people know that in the last two years I've continued to get great service and honest repair costs to my BMW 530. I have recommended this place to everyone of my friends who drive similar cars and several of them have been using Euro Specialists for a few years too.

I've always taken my vehicle to the dealership, but received several postcards from Euro Specialists so thought I would try them out. I was very pleased that I did. From the moment I walked in, I felt like they really cared about me and my vehicle and they do. They were courteous and friendly. The shop is beautiful and unbelievably clean. I waited on my vehicle and enjoyed the comfortable lobby. Since they have WiFi, I was able to sit at a table and get some work done while I waited. Jim, the Service Manager, let me know my vehicle was done and asked if I wanted to have it cleaned. I could not believe the cleaning, it looked like it had been waxed, my tires and wheels shined, windows were cleaned and it was cleaned inside. What a nice treat to leave in such a clean vehicle. Jim went over with me how they work with customers to maintain their vehicle and let me know I would receive service notices in the future. When I pulled out, I noticed a gift bag in the passenger seat, it was a nice thank you idea. A few days later, I received a call from a very nice young woman that asked me if I was satisfied with their service and my vehicle. I told her I could not have been more pleased. A few days after that, received a handwritten thank you note in the mail. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND WILL CERTAINLY TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THEM. IT'S NICE TO KNOW THERE IS STILL GREAT SERVICE OUT THERE!

I have been taking my car to Euro Specialists for over 3 years and wouldn't consider taking my prized possession anywhere else. I actually found them because when my BMW's warranty ran out and got my first quote from the Orlando dealership for my car I couldn't believe how expensive it was to fix. So I started calling around to find someone else to take it to and found Euro Specialists. Not only did they help me but they helped me discover that what was wrong with my car (the passenger seat airbag sensor) was actually about to be turned into recall issue. So the first time I came to Euro Specialists, they went the extra mile to get my car fixed and even worked with corporate BMW to get the costs covered by them eventhough it wasn't officially a recall yet. Since then and over the last 3 years Euro Specialists have handled my routine maintenance, small repairs and a few big repairs like my air conditioning compressor going out. I always get my car back fixed and clean and the price is always around the estimate. Their shop is spotless and to me that makes me feel like they're going to take care of my car in the same way. I even get follow up phone calls to make sure everything is still going well after the repair. Again, not to be redunant but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else....
