Top notch, even though my vehicle still has warranty, they never price gauge me. Prices are fair and up front on what to expect. Brandon has always provided service with a smile and have my Porsche looking showroom finish after every service.

I had taken my Volkswagen to the dealer for a check engine light with no positive results. Brought my vehicle to Euro and they quickly found the problem and corrected it. Excellent customer service

Euro-Specialists is practically in my back yard, so I decided to give them a try. I had to wait for my oil to be changed and was very happy with how fast they were! They even put a new battery in my key fob and gave it a nice wash for me. Friendly employees, a super clean lobby, good prices and fast service - I’ll be back again.

While I have had good experiences with EURO Specialists, I've had difficulty communicating with them lately. Most recently, I asked for an estimate where they misquoted me. While they did discount the revised total, it was roughly $800 more than what I was initially quoted. There were no changes to the services quoted, they just got the initial estimate wrong. Further, when I went to pick up the car during their stated business hours, they were closed. They state on their phone message, front door and Google Places that they're open until 5:30 pm on weekdays when in fact they close at 5 pm. The most surprising part of my experience is that rather than own their mistakes, they blame the customer. Disappointing. REVISED: Added a star as EURO Specialists made an effort to resolve the miscommunication by delivering my car to me. Appreciated, but please update your posted hours. Your customers will appreciate it!
