It's so awesome to find a local company with such amazing customer service. Everyone went above and beyond - from taking me to pick up a rental car to leaving a bag of goodies in my front seat as a token of appreciation - I am extremely satisfied and I'm a demanding customer! What really solidified their commitment to service was when I went to put gas in my car and noticed they had fixed the tether that connected the cap to my car. That's a level of detail that I really appreciate and I'll be bringing my car there indefinitely. Thanks for being an honest group with the technical expertise that brings a smile to my face. EURO staff is efficient, the place in clean. Repairs needed are clearly stated with costs.. Car was ready when promised. My only complaint is waiting a week to get in.

I usually don't like to write a negative review, but this last incident requires me to do so. I called to make an appointment to get my a/c compressor repaired and was quickly set up for the next day. That was the only repair I was requesting. I dropped my car off and was then called the next afternoon Friday (7/27) to inform me the repair was finished and the Service manager Brandon also told me of another repair that was needed. To replace the steering column lock, as it doesn't lock and moves up and down. and that it would cost $411.00 plus tax. I informed him that is was NOT broken when I just dropped my car off 24 hours ago. So when I went in to pay for the a/c repair, he showed me how the steering wheel column moved up and down... Once again it was NOT broken when I dropped my car off. I have never had to move or adjust that so it must have been done when they worked on my car. I would have mentioned that it was broken when I took my car in. I sat in my car and realized it was not safe to drive and went back in to speak to the manager Jim, he was not in. Brandon preceded to tell me these things break, I don't even know how to adjust that part. . So I left my car there for the weekend, expecting a call from Jim the owner on Monday morning. So on Monday I get a text message from my husband as he's been contacted by Brandon., that Jim is not in due to Illness.... Hmmm, of course he wasn't in! Jim offered to split the cost of the repair with us Costing us an additional $220.00 .. I am still furious about this. One of their techs broke it, and for them to not fess up and cover this cost completely is and admit it is shows how my bad experience prompted this review. Im sure in their eyes, they did us a favor by splitting the cost. I sure don't see it that way. THEY BROKE IT! So I picked up my car and noticed the leaves that tend to accumulate in the windshield wiper area in my newly washed car had not been vacuumed out.....That should of been done already and had to request they finish the job, in which they did... But my a/c repair seems to be working fine. I just wish it wasn't such a bad experience this time. REVISED review!!.. I received a call from the Owner, Jim and he was very apologetic and sincere about the incident and let me know the guys were reprimanded and the charge has been reversed. I really appreciated that call and how this was now Handled.
