If you own a euro car this shop is an absolute gem in the automotive maintenance industry. The administrative staff was very friendly and communicative providing status updates and up front pricing estimates. The technical team took the time and care to listen to my mysterious suspension issues where I could hear and feel vibrations only at highway speeds, and successfully diagnose and repair within a few days of dropping off the car (2023 VW GTI). The prices are higher for a reason because they take the time and effort to properly solve the problem. When I picked up the vehicle I was concerned with the price I paid and the fear the problem may still persist, because this was my experience with shops in the past. The car drove good as new with the concern totally gone. Not to mention a fresh detail wash was a pleasant surprise. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for all my maintenance needs in the future!

It was my first time at Euro Specialists last week and the experience was great. Car was serviced very well with noticeable differences driving, courtesy car wash and cleaning included. They were upfront with everything and gave me very honest recommendations. This will be my go to place going fotward for any service on my Mercedez. Thank you guys, Great job!
