It was a bit difficult to find a shop that could align my MB because not many places other than the dealer, offers the complete full alignment on this vehicle. I made the appointment and when I arrived everything exceeded my expectations. Brandon is a very professional representative who explained everything in full detail about the process. The shop is extremely clean and well organized. They have a very nice waiting area with many amenities. I asked few questions about the shop experience and Mr. James Jr. was very nice explaining a bit of history about the great working ethics at the place. Needless to say that the owner of this family operated business was the same person performing the repairs to my car... what a treat. At the end, Mr. James Sr. explained details about the repairs and assure me that the job was done 100% as per specifications. When I left the place, I found a little bag with goodies and a Thank You note for the business. I had taken my car to other places but never had such a great time and experience like at this shop. From the ease of scheduling an appointment, to managing expectations on pricing and when the vehicle will be ready, to returning the vehicle in great shape (e.g., no scratches, vacuum and wash), taking my vehicle to Euro Specialists is always a great experience. I really appreciate the team and their service excellence!

Exhibit genuine concern regarding my vehicle repair needs. Pleasant atmosphere in waiting room. Euro Specialist has the cleanest restroom I have ever seen in a car repair shop. Go above and beyond to correct the items that need to be repaired. All of the technicians are pleasant and eager to answer any questions I might have. A wonderful family owned business!!!

As usual when I pick my car up it runs excellent and is spotless clean. Euro is far from my home but it worth the distance to have peace of mind that my car will be fixed right the first time. I would not go anywhere else.
