Daughters rear window was in down position and with rain coming, Brandon worked the car in to replace the window regulator as she would not have been able to go to work with an open window and rain.

Euro Specialists was recommended to me by a six year customer of theirs. From the first phone to the final delivery, every aspect of the 100k service was handled in a thorough and professional manner. Having supervised aircraft maintenance in the military, I can get a "feel" of the quality of a shop just by its appearance. Euro Specialists shop floor was clean, tools were organized and clean, each bay had a car being serviced, and none of he mechanics were just standing around. In summary, the shop appeared to be clean, neat, and well organized. On delivery, the invoice was complete, the car washed and interior cleaned, and there was a small gift bag on the front seat. I learned that is done for each visit for each customer. I consider Euro Specialists to be my shop from now on, even though it is a bit of a drive from The Villages.
