Wanted to say thank you for Euro Specialists for their quick response to my previous review about my invoice. They were quick to notice their was a glitch in the system yesterday and apologized for the over charge. Like I stated before I have always thought Euro Specialists is a great place to service my Toyota 4Runner. Thank you again Brandon for calling me back as soon as possible and fixing this issue.

Euro Specialists has always been a great place to take my Toyota 4Runner, but I will admit I was a little taken back by my bill yesterday for my oil change. I have always requested on my previous visits: oil change, tires rotated, lube filter changed and not once have I been charged over $303 for an oil change. I understand my new 2014 4Runner requires a certain kind of oil compared to my old 2000 4Runner, but never have I had to pay for rotated and balanced (total of $115) for that service. First I didn't request on my paper to balance my 4 tires only rotate and once I got home I looked back at previous invoices I never had a rotated tires charge on any invoices. I would like an understanding of why I had to pay an extra $115 and why my tires were balanced when I didn't request that service please. So moving forward if this is additional charge I will not request to have this done every time I need my oil changed because personally $115 extra to equal out to $303 for an oil change is extremely high and I might as well go to Toyota dealership and have them do it for less money. Which I personally have always enjoyed and preferred your services over the dealership. I would of discussed this with the shop but I picked up my car when you guys were closing up. The service is great and I feel confident that my vehicle is always treated with care and EuroSpecialost is always on top of my vehicle service and addirional maintenance needs

Had several suspension, (Pendulum, shocks etc) New tires, alignment adjustments etc. My 2004 TT V6 coupe came back running and handling better than it had in over 30K miles and probablybettert than it handled when new. Just plain amazed as usual and the goody bag was great when I got home (couldn't eat on the way "having tooooomuch fun).
