I jokenly and lovingly call them my auto boyfriends because of the love, care, and honesty that they have consistently given me and my Mercedes over the past seven years. I have NEVER had a bad experience, in fact, they have repeatedly gone above and beyond my expectations. I have had dealerships tell me I need certain things done when in fact they have not been needed- only made known to me by my trustworthy team at euro specialists. They have skill AND heart- a rare combination in this field. I have been a customer of Euro Specialists, Inc for a little over for 3 years. All the work I have had done at this shop have been professionally done. They take their time to do the job right! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their work space where they take your car is the cleanest place I have ever seen. I feel very safe on the road after they have worked on my car. I would recommend this business to anyone needing service on their car.

When the dealership coverage expired on my 2017 C300 Sport, I decided to look at more reasonable alternatives to keep my car running at peak performance. Based on online reviews and a few recommendations, I chose to go with Euro Specialists. I've used them for service A3 and B3. Both times, they have exceeded my expectations. Their pricing is more reasonable than the inflated quotes provided by the dealership, but quality of service on the vehicle and attention to detail is certainly not sacrificed. Looking behind the service desk, you can see that heir service bays are very clean and bright, but they don't have that on display, which speaks to their professionalism. These guys know what they are doing and it definitely shows. My car is purring like a kitten and looks great! If you are looking for an alternative to dealership service and their inflated prices but do not want to sacrifice quality of service, look no further. This is the spot!
