I recently relocated to DeLand from Palm Beach County. I was reluctant to use a small shop, but didn’t have a lot of choices since there isn’t one mechanic in DeLand who is qualified to work on Porsches. I was fortunate to find Euro Specialists… and from my first call with Austin, I was offered attentive personal service. I found Euro Specialists to be knowledgeable, professional and able to service my car with sophisticated computer equipment and trained mechanics. The staff communicated what was “necessary” to fix and what was “nice” to fix. Euro Specialists is a gem! I offer my highest recommendation and look forward to them taking care of my car(s) for many years to come.

I’m highly impressed with this company and the staff. I was having several issues with my 05 Mercedes and was looking for a shop that is trustworthy. After reading the reviews, I decided on Euro. They promptly responded to my message, and I was able to drop off my vehicle a few days later. They did a complete evaluation of my vehicle and were able to guide me with what was most important to least, including resolving the issue that I was most concerned about. Anyone who buys a vehicle from one of the European automakers know that repairs and maintenance can be pretty expensive and depending on your personal finances the idea of having to pay for a repair can be very painful. Recently we found ourselves in this position with our BMW made Mini Cooper. The idea of having to find the thousands of dollars for a repair we needed was causing undue stress. After calling around to different repair shops, many declined to even touch our Mini. Euro Specialist was referred to us by one of the unwilling shops. I called Euro Specialist and inquired about having work done on our Mini. They were very professional and helped walk us through their process. We were allowed to drop the car off before our appointment time to accommodate our schedule. They communicated with us promptly with their diagnosis and explained what needed to be done. As with any business they suggested some additional services they could include but were not pushy when we declined any additional service. The work was completed within the time line we agreed and for the price they quoted. No additional charges or unexpected fees. The car was ready for pick-up at our convenience. After arriving at the shop we found our Mini awaiting us, not just repaired, but also fully detailed (not 100% but enough it was cleaner and shinier than when we dropped her off). After paying the agreed repair charges we received our keys to leave. Inside the car was a gift bag with candies, showing their appreciation for our business. Add that to the unexpected detailing of the car we suddenly totally forgot about the stress we had been experiencing having to go through the entire repair process. So not only did they effectively repair our car but they went above and beyond to make the process positive. A week or two after the repair, we received a card from Euro Specialist Thanking Us for choosing them and trusting them with our Mini. In 50 years, I have never received a Thank You card from a business I worked with. I highly recommend Euro Specialist for any automotive repairs and the well above expected customer service they provide.

They are knowledgeable and have provided me and my car quality service at a fair price. I trust their work. I have not had any re-work preformed over the many years they have serviced my vehicles.

This is one of very few auto repair shops where, as a female, I felt I was validated. In addition, the shop is clean, staff is friendly. They have kept my 2005 BMW in great condition
