I've taken my cars to Euro Specialists for years. They are thorough, knowledgeable, honest and provide great customer service. I highly recommend Brandon, Jim and their skilled staff.

Very happy with the personnel and results. Never been disappointed at all. One thought for your consideration. I typically use cash/check for my service payments (I am an avid AmEx user for the accumulation of points). If I were to use my VISA card, you would be charged the processing fees. Maybe some financial consideration should be deducted when customer pays cash - which eliminates your charge card processing cost - for bills in excess of a minimum amount to avoid this consideration being available on every single bill. I own an Office Furniture company and do this in reverse - I quote assuming cash payments and advise my customers that credit payments will have an up charge for the processing fees................Just a thought............Either way I will continue to support and am always telling my friends about your service...................

Decided to try Euro Specialists since the warranty is expired on my 2008 BMW 335i; my last routine service at the dealership was costly. My first impression of these guys was "they seem to be honest". My ask of them was what do I need to have done as my car approached 28,000 miles (it's my weekend car). I shared with them my last service records at 22,000 miles and was told that my car needed nothing more than an oil change service. I asked them to check out two other items of concern and was told there were no issues, that my car was in "tip-top" shape. Not all garages would be so forthcoming; there was opportunity for finding problems that didn't exist. What sold me on this garage is their integrity. Also, they are knowledgeable, efficient, on-time, reasonably priced and the place was clean and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my vehicle had been washed after the service like the dealerships do but they didn't run it through a quick automatic washer, they washed it by hand. Nice! It was cleaner than it had been in a while. And, the little bag of goodies they placed in the passenger seat as a "thank you" was a nice personal touch.
