If it weren't for Euro Specialists, I'd have given this car up several years ago. However, with your help, service, repairs and maintenance I've been able to keep it longer than I ever expected and it's still in good running condition and looks great. Brandon, Austin, Jim and others are first class people first. And their product knowledge, mechanics and business acumen are second to none. I'm hoping to keep this car till I don't need one. I have been bringing my cars to Euro Specialists for many years, a BMW and now a Mercedes, still under warranty. I don't know what it is about dealerships, but that feeling of mistrust and unexpected expenses does not happen here. From Jim, Jimmy (formerly), Brandon, Austin and on down, everyone treats you personably, professionally and efficiently. They do quality work at a competitive price....and return your car freshly washed with a little surprise to say thank you. They even recently provided a rental when an annual maintenance was going to take longer than I could wait. Who else does that??! I'm a big fan and recommend them highly.

I’ve been using services at Euro Specialists for several years now to maintain my 2008 Mercedes Benz ML350. Great service every time - easy to schedule service, excellent results, friendly and reasonably priced. PLUS they wash and vacuum my vehicle!! Need I say more?!

When the warranty on my X3 expired I knew I would need to find a service center that I could trust and that would also perform comparable service as the dealership. Euro Specialists were patient, understanding, explained the fees and services, along with answering the many questions I had. Brandon and Austin took great care of my car and provided exceptional, patient, and thorough customer service. My former service department at the dealership could use some training from these guys!!
