They are very knowledgable, honest, professional and have always done great work; We have taken our Audi A4, Q5 and VW Tiguan for service and scheduled maintenances. After coming here we have not looked anywhere else. Pricing is very fair, they take their time to explain any work, and recommend the best solution. I have a 2003 BMW Z3 and received a recommendation from a neighbor to try Euro. I had attempted to repair my Z thru 2 other foreign car specialists in Orlando who did not fix my car. The repair, customer service, and communication were 5 star. I am now enjoying my Z again with confidence. It drives so well. No engine lights or strange noises. Back to enjoying my therapy car!

I had been having a few issues here and there with my Mercedes and sometimes having it kind of lagging when gunning it out from a side street or shopping center to cross oncoming traffic(2 lanes one direction/2 lanes from the other). Luckly there's a median between or I'd be clocked. My car was hesitating from this from time to time. I called Euro specialists and was expecting the rep(s) either Brandon or Austin to pick up which they had done. I explained what was going on and also mentioned that I was needing my schedule B in another 2K miles, but I wanted this other issued looked at since I was going to be traveling to South Florida next month. They said No problem but we would have to keep it overnight. I said, Do whatever you need to do. Again, as usual, they called within 2 hours and let me know what the diagnosis was. I needed a new high ? Fuel pump. My fuel injectors weren't getting constant fuel. I asked for the estimate. They told me what the cost would be. I agreed for the service to be completed. They said that they would have it ready for me the next day, and would call me once the work was completed. Of course they had. I went back down and paid. I forgot to mention that they also provide excellent service, but if they keep your car overnight they usually will help with a car rental from Enterprise for the day as well, and they wash your car, and provide a parting gift! I really can't say anything more except... If you have a Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi, check Euro Specialist out! They are the very best in the business and have mechanics that have specially trained on these cars and have all the knowledge needed to complete the job just like if you took it to the dealership but 1/3 to 1/2 the cost as well.
