Jim and the guys over at Euro Specialists helped me out tremendously with all the problems I have had with my car, they have always stuck to their word and really know the inside and outs of repair work on high end vehicles. I was skeptical at all the work they were performing buy Jim assured me and also took me in to show me what the problem was and the best ways of going about fixing it. I am very happy with the work they have done and my car is healthy again.

Honest business! I called in for a pre-purchase inspection. Jim called me after receiving the vehicle info and notified me right away that he recognized the vehicle was severely damage. He could have go through the inspection and charge me for it, but he saved me both time and money. I wish more businesses are honest like these guys nowadays!

I started going to Euro Specialists about 3 years ago. I had been going to the dealerships but when they wanted to charge me an exorbitant price on a repair I checked out reviews for other Mercedes repair shops. I called all of them up and was most comfortable with Euro Specialists. They charged me over a $1,000 less than the dealership. I have had no problems with their repairs; they have the cleanest place I've ever seen, they are competent and friendly, they wash your car when they are finished and their prices are always fair. I, like others have said, recommend Euro Specialists to everyone and will not be going to anyone else (even though I live quite far from them). Lastly they are very trustful.

Every facet of service is done well, from setting up the appt to the quality of work. Everything is explained clearly so that you know what work is being done and what to keep an eye on for future maintenance. They are thorough and knowledgeable. Thanks Jim, Brendan and crew! Oh, and you get your car back washed and looking good too!

Had a great experience as always, The service advisors are all efficient and very knowledgeable of my vehicle. I like the friendly personal touch, that goes along way with me!!

Very good family owned business which has knowledge mechanics working on your car. Would absolutely recommend this shop to other owners of foreign cars (except Jaguar! ). Only reason it does not get 5 stars is the lack of weekend hours.
