From the owners on down they care about their customers and their safety. I have never been disappointed at Euro over the many years they have taken care of my 1998 BMW 540. Had a major engine problem that could have resulted in a huge loss of money by trading in my car. After seeing the reviews online, I had my car towed to the staff at Euro Specialists and I can say firmly, this is THE BEST I have ever been treated at a repair shop. They made suggestions at every chance, called me back within minutes of my phone calls, listened to my feedback and provided amazing service. They even washed, vaccumed, and waxed my car and left goodie bag. IF YOU ARE WONDERING IF THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOUR IMPORT...IT IS.

Euro specialist seem to really care about me and my vehicle. They try their best to get the repairs done as conveniently for me as possible. I love waiting in their super clean waiting room. I give them an A+ in everything. They have the cleanest bathroom of almost any repair shop I have been in. All of them are caring, concerned, thoughtful and respectful.
